I am a PhD candidate in the Department of English at McGill University, currently working with Alanna Thain and Ara Osterweil. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English and Film Studies, and a Master’s Degree in Contemporary Theory and Culture, both from King’s College London. My current research focuses on scales and spaces of intimacy in queer and trans* experimental cinema. I am particularly interested in pre-Stonewall forms of queerness (both filmic and otherwise).
