Q & A

What do you think is the biggest misconception people have about sleep?

That a doctor can fix it.

Are you an early bird or night owl?

Night owl

Do you use a sleep monitoring app. If so, which and why?

Intermittently. It shows me how much time I actually slept, and reminds me that I tend to go to bed too late for the time I need to wake up!

What is your favourite [song/podcast/video/audio book/tv show] to fall asleep to?

Complete silence and darkness are the sleep signals for me.

Can you sleep "anywhere anytime" or do you need the comfort of your own bed to sleep well?

Depends how sleep deprived I am…
